-Nutritional Programs with Guidance consists of helping you maintain healthy eating habits, so that you can follow your nutritional plan and be successful. Guidance and support to help you though emotion induced binging, and boredom. Foods selection, preparation, combinations that work best to lose weight, cooking ideas, packaging for work or travel, and staying focused and on track while you're reaching your weight loss goals. You will be required to fill out a questionnaire pertaining to your health and eating habits for evaluation and client set-up.
-Online Fitness Support for General Fitness and Competition in Fitness and Figure consists of assisting you in every aspect of general fitness, and every aspect of competition prep for the competitor. Plans are on a monthly basis with unlimited email support. You will be guided through every step of getting healthier and in shape for general fitness, and maintaining your fit status, to every step for the competitor in competition prep to the stage to insure your best tip top form and stage presence.
-Weight Training Programs for Total Body consists of a total body weight training plan, that is designed for each individual on a weekly basis. It is recommended that you change your training weekly to keep the body moving, and progressing, as well as guessing. This will insure that you continue to get stronger, healthier and leaner. Increased metabolism, muscle definition and tone will accompany this type of training regimen. There will be a variety of exercises to include, but not limited to; circuits, plyometrics, intervals, HIIT, boot camps and yoga just to name a few. Exciting and never boring weight training sessions are what you can count on, to insure your results and keep you motivated.
-Interval HIIT/ Boot Camp / Plyometric Training consists of individualized HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training, Boot Camp and Plyometric training to enhance your Cardiovascular Endurance, fat burning, and over all muscle conditioning of your body, and to further enhance your ability to push yourself beyond your limitations for dramatic results in physique, mind and spirit.
